INVITATION FOR PARTNERSHIP
We are pleased to announce that the First International Conference on Middle East Studies (ICMES’24) initiated/co-organized by …. is planned to be held in hybrid form (in person and virtual) in Jerusalem on August 4-8, 2024. Our key vision is to internationalize and localize the conference initiated in Turkey, expanding the network of international and national cooperation and forming partnerships for expanding capacities. For this purpose, the Conference continues active cooperation on conference organization with domestic and foreign colleagues or universities and academic institutes.
We would like to invite you or your research or academic institution to explore ways for concrete academic and scientific partnership/ collaboration.
The Partner will be the co-organizer (only academic institutions) or supporter of the Conference. The agreement generally includes non-financial collaborations such as academic promotion activities and not create any financial or funding obligation on either party. Partnership shall be documented through agreement)
Even if your institution choose not to be a partner, as an individual person can join as a member in scientific advisory committee. We hope you will share information about the Conference to friends and colleagues.

PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
Parties Involved:
Organizers: ……………….. as an initiator and primary organizer, hereinafter “the Organizer”
Partners: Yours, hereinafter “the Partner” (any academic actor/institution as a co-organizer, hereinafter “the co-Organizer” or any other institution as a supporter of the Conference hereinafter “the Supporter”)
Title of Conference: First International Conference on Middle East Studies hereinafter “the Conference”
Location: Konya/Turkey and Yours
Conditions: The subject of this Partnership Agreement is to define the conditions in order to successfully implement the Conference. The Partner will be the co-organizer (only academic institutions) or supporter of the Conference.
The conditions includes non-financial (non-sponsorship) collaborations or contributions, mainly academic promotion activities, such as
The Organizer may use the name and logo of the Partner in email, website, social media, proceedings and all other materials as a partner before, during and after the Conference.
The Partner may share name and logo linked from the Conference website in website as well as to provide information about the Conference on social media or other tools you already use as part of organizations promotions.
The Partner may designate members to organizing or scientific advisory committees as behalf of an university name.
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Our conference is not currently working with any organization company. Outbound academic conference tourism consists of five main transactions: visa, flight ticket, accommodation, meeting room and city tours. In these transactions, a partnership can be established with Turkish or Israeli tourism agencies. Foreign tourism companies can offer services in all matters except air tickets. We may receive these transactions services as a retail and package. The most important of these for the organizers are the meeting room where the conference to be held and accommodation rooms for the participants.
We will offer you the accommodation room rates you suggest to our participants and recommend them to stay in your hotel. According to our prediction, between 15-50 participants will stay at your hotel. Participants shall book their hotel rooms by themselves. Room rates may include breakfast and dinner. You can also specify if there is a lunch opportunity.
Since our conference does not have a budget, we will ask for the meeting room to be free. In the meeting room, 1 table, 25 chairs and Wi-Fi connection are sufficient, while no AV is required. Only tea and coffee are sufficient as a catering. You can also specify that, if necessary, how many minimum room reservation is required for the meeting room to be free.
